Since the service operates as a startup, the company reserves the right to change the terms, products, or fully discontinue the service at any time.
Subject of the Agreement
- The agreement covers the purchase of products listed on emeals.ge and their delivery to the specified address in exchange for the relevant payment.
- The list of products and services may be updated periodically.
- The company has the right to change the terms of the agreement without prior notice, and the updated version becomes effective upon publication.
Company Obligations
- The company is responsible for accepting and fulfilling orders on time, if the product is available.
- The company ensures delivery to the specified address within a maximum of two days.
- The company is obliged to protect the confidentiality of customer personal data.
Customer Obligations
The customer must provide accurate personal information (name, surname, phone number, address).
Payment must be made only from their own or an authorized person’s account.
The customer must not share their personal data with third parties.
The customer must provide a correct address and be present to receive the order from the courier.
Purchased products are intended for personal use only; resale is prohibited.
Order Process
- The customer must visit the website, register with correct information, choose a meal plan, add it to the cart, and proceed to payment.
- Payment can be made online or via bank transfer.
Payment Terms
- All prices are listed on the website and include applicable taxes.
- The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
- Refunds are issued only if the service was not provided or the product was not delivered.
- Minor delays do not qualify for refunds.
- No refunds are issued if an incorrect address is provided.
Refunds are processed to the same account used for payment within up to 5 business days.
